Tour of the city started with the Museo Picasso Malaga. The Palacio de Buenavista that houses the collection is a magnificent example of 16th century Andulasian architecture with its melange of Renaissance and Mudejar (Moorish) elements. As PAblo Picasso wanted his work to be present in the city where he was born, the museum was created thanks to Christine and Bernard Rinz-Picasso , his daughter-in -law and grandson.
