TIVOLI WORLDTivoli World is designed for adults as well as children and has wonderful gardens, fountains and walkways. This park is one of the oldest established on the coast.
The theatre provides a wide choice of music, international events, ballet, children's shows and comedy. It seats more than 3000 people. In the Andalucia Square you can experience the colour and sounds of flamenco with several different shows each night.
In the Western Square you will find an authentic reproduction of a western town where western and comedy shows are staged. The shows are free.
SELWO AVENTURAJust off the N340 highway, close to Estepona lies one of the world's most unique nature parks, by the name of Selwo. The park is based on the African safari park idea and houses 2000 animals in semi-wild conditions.
Your journey through Selwo starts with the botanical gardens where you will see a wide variety of plants. all set in peaceful gardens. There are many animals on display, some of which are quite rare. All are kept in first class conditions and well cared for. One of the most unusual walks is through the bird canyon, a large netted area where birds fly freely, as though in the wild.
SELWO MARINA
Selwo Marina offers a mix of marine & bird life. The park is split into 4 themed areas each with different species in natural surroundings. There are a host of animals to see including bottle nosed dolphins, sea lions, & penguins. The aviaries host an extensive range of colourful birdlife. The penguin enclosure has recently been renovated; a variety of penguin species now share the only "real ice" enclosure on the Costa. The park also boasts Andalucia's first dolphinarium, where a variety of shows take place often several times per day. Although the aim of the park is to keep the surroundings as natural as possible.Children are also well catered for, with an excellent adventure playground in addition to touch-explore & virtual areas.
SEA LIFE BENALMÁDENA Sea Life Benalmádena, a unique and magical marine experience on the Costa del Sol. With over 500.000 litres of water you can meet more than 5.000 different creatures. These include species from the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Oceans and even creatures normally found in the Red Sea. CROCODILE PARKSituated in Torremolinos in the heart of the Costa del Sol. Crocodile Park houses prehistoric creatures which have miraculously survived 200 million years of evolution. These carnivores knew the dinosaurs and use the same cold, merciless hunting tecniques. From a distance of less than 2 metres, you can wonder at the gigantic crocodiles by silently walking beside them, observing the secrets of one of the most fascinating creatures of our world.
You will have the opportunity to contemplate to the greater concentration of crocodiles of all Europe, from baby crocodiles to species disproportioned dimensions, like "Big dady", with more than 80 years, 5 meters in length and more than 580 kg.
FUENGUIROLA ZOOZoos aren't what they used to be, fortunately. You won't find miserable animals pacing up and down shoebox cages, clinging to solitary branches or paddling around in sad puddles at Fuengirola's new, visitor and animal-friendly zoo. Instead, as you wander through this simulated tropical forest, lush with vegetation, rivers and waterfalls, you'll see crocodiles basking on the sandy shores of the Nile, Sumatra tigers bathing besides Angkor Wat, lemurs playing around an ancient Baobab tree and, if you're brave, bats flitting around abandoned mines.
